Should I mount a hugger ceiling fan or the standard one? Floor to ceiling, it is 7 foot 10 inches.?
a standard ceiling fan has variable height adjustment? How much fan blade clearance do I need to have?
7'10" is pretty low... if it is going over a bed or table where people won't be walking under it, you can put up a standard one, but anywhere else, I think I'd go with the hugger just to be on the safe side.
