Why do so many older people not like fluorescent lights?
A lot of older people I know like 60 and over hate Fluorescent lights and complain all the time about them. When I ask them why they hate them they just say I didn't grow up with these lights I have no use for them. This makes no sense to me why hate something just because you didn't grow up with them. Personally I like fluorescent lights and the CFL's they are insanely bright and don't make the Electric bill sky rocket.
They are garish & unflattering to rooms & people & are hard on the eyes.
