Yes it can and I have seen it done. The voice had a very strong and clear voice. She was able to maintain the note for an extended period of time (she was an opera-trained singer). The sound waves were of a wavelength that created resonance with the crystal glass. The glass vibrated enough to break the crystal apart.
I know this was on "Mythbusters" before. The were able to break the glass using recording equipment.
