desk lamp hurts eyes and vision?
I always thought that more light was better. But my mom keeps telling me to turn off the lamp in my desk. She says that it will make me blind. Especially if I have it near me or whatever. She says that daylight is much better. When I read in daylight I feel comfortable and my eyes don't strain. However I have to read at night too.
So, should I follow her advice and just leave the room lights on but turn off the one in my desk (since its closer to my eyes) or should I do the opposite and actually leave it on.
I'm confused.
just make sure that the light is not very much and reflecting directly on your eyes
