Is there any fan having thermal insulated winding so as to use in heat applications?
A fan is fixed above a series of drier heater in one location so that air will spread the heat evenly..but unfortunately when fan stops heat backs to winding affect its life?any solution to get a thermal insulated winding fan?
The "normal operation" of any motor, including a fan motor, requires that its winding be cooled so it would be pushing hard against design principles to provide a thermally insulated winding. Your problem however seems to be when the motor is stopped, so perhaps an insulated housing around the motor which is open with the motor running but closed when it stops, would do the trick. Whether this backing up heat would damage the motor would depend upon the temperature to which the motor would be exposed. If it's under 100C and the motor is not running, it should be pretty harmless.
