What should i use on my pork chop?
okay.... i'm a novice cook and i stick to simple basics (hooray for being a picky eater!) Anyhow, pork is a little new to me...i finally got to the point where i can cook it and it'll still be juicy and tender rather than tough and dry....I RULE!!! Okay...the question: i generally just put italian seasoning, salt, pepper and olive oil on them and bake them. I'm not the biggest fan of breading because it gets soggy (unless there is a trick that i'm missing here). I tend to stay low-sodium...I don't want to fry anything.... Any suggestions on how to cook the pork chops and with what seasonings or rubs?
Just add some orange marmalade on them & bake them.
