Really badly sunburnt, can't sleep.?
I got real bad sunburn on my shoulders and shoulderblades yesterday and now i cant sleep. I have to wear a t shirt at night but the seams are rubbing the sunburn, i cant wear a singlet. I have tried aloe, fresh and bottled, emu oil, wet washcloth, nappy rash cream, vinegar, insect bite cream and sunscreen but nothing. Some has just started to peel and my fans on but im crying cause of the pain. Please help? Also fading the red too.
Ohh I have the most sensitive skin. I burn every time! This will sound odd, but it will work! Get some gauze pads and pour a bowl full of milk. Lie down and have someone dip the gauze in the milk and cover your sunburn completely. It will be really, really cold, but fight through it! Let it sit there for 20 minutes or so and then take a cold or lukewarm shower. After that, you should feel a lot better.. I promise!!
