I have a blank slate to work with. The color of my bathroom is stark white with chrome fixtures.?
There is way more white then the few chrome that is around. I will not be painting, just decoration. I need some great theme ideas or image ideas. For example do I want deep dark and rich or do I want rustic or romantic or peacful? This would apply to color scheme, towls, curtains, soaps, candels, plants, wall art and so on...
Gee. That's entirely up to your taste. I would not particularly want a bathroom to be romantic. I just painted my bathroom peach and love it. When the sun shines in the window, the whole room glows. My shower curtain is peach and green and my towels are peach. I am very happy with it.
You should remember that certain colors like yellow are not flattering. When you look in the mirror, you want to look good.
Dark colors will not do that for you.
