My cockatiel flew into the glass wall?

Well, she was flying and slammed into the glass mirror sliding door.. my parents are laughing but.. how can i make sure that my cockatiel's OK?.. also how can i make her feel less stressed out and scared than she is now?

well, heres three..erm.. four.. ways to tell if there is something wrong...THIS COULD SAVE HER LIFE PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW EACH IMMEDIATELY

- stick out her tounge?
hold something she loves to eat in front of her while she is on your finger, so that she has to reach to get it. her fav food, snack, treat, or maybe a shiny necklace she likes will work. if her tounge is not lined up right, or does not come out far enough, or sticks out too much, something is wrong. (if it is crooked to one side or looks weird)

-normal head movement
put her on your finger, hold her high above you, and then descend. watch how her head moves as she goes down. it it cocks a little, shakes, twists, or just looks weird, something is wrong

-normal eye movement
put her on your finger, and hold something very shiny and eye-catching under her, so she can see it. now lead it back and forth and see if she can follow it with her eyes. if she has a problem following it, there is SOMETHING WRONG...

-normal wing movement
ok, heres what you gotta do. have her face away from you, so you are both looking at the same side of the room. put your hand over her, with your thumb on her left wing joint, and wrap your fingers under her belly. MAKE SURE her feet are not holding onto you. now slide your hand further around her, so your fingers are now under her left wing, and her feet still cannot clench onto anything. now hold her in the air, and tilt her to the left, like you were un-screwing a bolt. if her wing shoots out, youre safe. if her wing kind of totters or moves irregularly, or slow, she has been injured in the crash.

trust me this works!! and if something is wrong, she could have been injured, or suffered a stroke. if anything like that happened, call a local avian vet, go on www.cockatielcottage.net, at the bottom choose emergencies, then go to the bottom link with a little bear on it that says find a vet here. also, give your bird a massage, and see if anything is tender, or there are any broken feathers, especially blood feathers. if you see blood, go to cockatielcottage, emergencies, and click the link for broken blood feathers. if you dont follow those instructions, or MINE, your baby could be suffering, and just one broken blood feather could lead to death in less than an hour!!! O,_O,
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE THEY COULD SAVE YOUR POOR BIRDIES LIFE!!

and yes, she could be just scared, so AFTER you follow this, and do ALL of it!!!!... if nothing is wrong, just watch some tv with her or pet her for awhile, just sorta cuddle. <3
