How do I get a heavy build-up of limescale off my gold coloured taps?
Have tried wrapping vinegar-soaked cloth around tap but this took the gold finish off! Any ideas please? Thank you.
If the build-up is very bad the gold coating have already been damaged/removed by the scale. You can only try an acid cleaner designed for bathrooms like Viakal or similar and hope for the best.
