How do you clean Head stones that are made with granite and bronze?
I want to clean the headstone on my parent`s grave. I would like something that is enviormental safe and biodegradanle.
Try lemon juice and a little salt for the bronze. The granite depends on the source of dirt, simple gren and water, or if algea or lichen an oxidizing agent, something like non chlorine bleach or just hot water and a stiff arm with a medium brush.
An alternative for dirt to sipmle green is ammonia, however do not mix amonia and chlorine.
