Solar Powered Indoor Plant Lamp?
I am planning on trying to make a circuit that will provide light to my indoor vegetable garden. I want it to be able to charge via sunlight during the day then used at night. I want it to power CFL's for the light source. Actually which light bulbs/whatever would be best for an indoor garden?

Thanks to those who are answering my gardening help, but I need help with making a electronic circuit, similar to a joule thief, to power a CFL bulb but charging during the day via solar energy.
You can use Compact fluorescent light bulb. It have more light than full-size fluorescent grow lights.
