Is the condominium manager suppose to replace our florescent kitchen light if we lived here less than a year?
The kitchen light went out in March this year and she is saying we have to replace the light which is a lot to do.If so,is there a code I can tell her to look in?

The light is not a bulb..its those long lights..shouldnt she have to buy the light?
If it is only the bulb then you can replace it. Take the bulb with you or get the information off the bulb and get a replacement bulb from a hardware store.
It could be the ballast needs replacing.
If it's the ballast, they should be able to replace it. But it all depends on what your lease agreement states.
Careful not to break the bulb, I believe it contains mercury.
