Physics - Microwave Weapon (questions below)?
Last week the Civil Guardians Research Laboratory here in Arizona finished testing a new Microwave Crowd Control (MCC) weapon on human volunteers. The MCC system uses microwave radiation that is similar to infrared - so that it heats the skin strongly, but doesn't penetrate to deeper layers of the body. MCC uses narrow beams of microwaves that can be scanned across a crowd and aimed at individuals, even from a low-flying aircraft. One volunteer said, "Man, it hurts, but not for long. It's like touching a hot light bulb. It makes you want to be some place else."

1) It's a great way to disperse rowdy folks without shooting at them. the bad thing would be those who get trampled by those running away from such.
2) Microwave oven, Radar, ILS's, Radios, and continuous wage lasers.
3) I think it's good in that it's a non-lethal method of crowd control I think it's bad, because eventually someone will use it to torture someone with.
