Can you give mesome tips on Dining Room decoration?
Hi ...I needed some tips on dining room decoration...like will flower pots increase the beauty of a dining room...Will gradient lighting improve it ...Does white color suit Dining room the best........Does a chandelier look better in a dining room...can I alos have links to sites that have some good pictures of decorated dining rooms...

White isn't a good color for a dining room.
A big boquet of flowers is pretty as a centerpiece, if moved before you all sit down to eat so you can see each other.
A beautiful chandalier isn't a bad idea, just so long as it's light is cast just on the food and on the faces of the guests and isn't too high or too low from the cieling.
Use rich colors for the dining room that spark conversation and appetite.
Such colors are reds, oranges and yellows. Anything around those colors. Rich, deep and bold colors and designs.
A mirror, very big or medium big also is nice to make it appear like more guests and food are in the dining room than really are and also reflects the lighting. Creates a great illusion.
A fireplace is nice in a dining room as well.
Pictures of food and tables and eateries or diners or cafes also are cute in a dining room, or just pictures of flowers and food.
Don't put pictures of people on the walls though cuz it'll give the feeling that you're being rudely stared at while you eat. 
Have soft chairs without arms to sit on, (except at the head and foot of the table, these can have arms on the chairs), and have very minimal decoration. Keep the floor clear and clutter free, and no other distractions to take your focus from the food and the others eating with you. (i.e. TV's, radios, a gaucky picture, etc).
Big and luscious drapes are really neat in a dining room to put around or over the window(s).
