after replacing batteries in my thermostat, why wont my AC system turn on? and how do I fix it?
My thermostat is maple chase. it was on low battery status for a while, and after i replaced the batteries, the AC system doesn't work anymore. The fuses was not on open status. If I turn the fan to" on" (on my thermostat) then the ceiling fan will start up. The outside unit still doesn't work. I replaced fuses outside, the AC still does not work.
I want to know how to fix this problem.

Hello, does your therostat have a little reset button on it. When I change batteries in mine, I have to hit the reset button and it works. Hope that helps.
