what is the weather like in mount rainier?
I am going to Washington state next week an i have a tour to go see Mt. Rainier in August 20. is the weather cool enought to wear a long sleeve shirt or short?

The weather in the area varies a lot, even in the summer so be prepared for just about anything. You are at a fairly high elevation so most likely it will be cooler than you might expect and the low temperatures at night may be near freezing. The entire northwest has had a cooler than normal summer.
I would recommend doing what the locals do - dress in layers so you can be comfortable no matter what the weather is like. For example, on top, you might want to wear a T-shirt, a sweatshirt and a light weight waterproof or water resistent rain jacket or windbreaker. For pants, if you want to wear shorts, you might want to bring along a pair of long pants or get the kind of pants that have a zipper that you can remove the legs to turn them into shorts.
