I recenlty purschased a old pendant lamp that does not have a ground wire attached I do have a ground wire?
attached to my wall , How do I connect a ground wire to the lamp ? . I see that it has 2 screws . one to connect the white wire and one to connect the black . do I attach the ground wire to one of the screws?
You can either secure it inside the box or just roll it up and forget it. Most lamps only have two wires and no place for a ground. Do not attach it to either of the screws on the lamp.It doesn't have a ground
