invisible like....you can't see it. I saw one, one day, and it was fast. Faster than blinking. Its true. Can't get any astronomers to verify this though. Kinda like when you see a falling star in the sky, but so much faster, and immobile.
The closest star is the sun, 93,000,000 mile away. It disappears every night and returns every morning.
The second closest star , Proxima Centauri, is 4 light years away and is only visible in the Southern Hemisphere.
