US Visa for the second time?
i am a Ghanaian who went to college in the US for college 4yrs, got an OPT for a year and then got an OPT/STEM extension for another 17months (got a degree in Math). I left a month after the expiration of my 17months extension (Students on F1 are allowed 60 days for preparation and departure).
While in the US I was dating this American girl for a year and we both left and came to Africa at the end of my OPT/STEM extension since she wanted to come home and tour Africa with me. She is back to the US now. And I am also still working for my company that employed me while in the US when I was doing my OPT/STEM through internet (VPN) since I am network technician.
I want to know how easy it will be for me to get a US tourist visa to visit my girl friend for a couple of months. I still have my bank account in the US since it’s easier that way for me to get paid. As such, I will be sponsoring my self.
no one can really say how easy it will be for you to get a tourist visa. however, since you've already been there, and come back on time, I imagine your chances are certainly much better than the average visa applicant in Accra.
