Trying to wire light fixture in kitchen,used to have a ceiling fan.Three groups of wires one black,white, one ?
white and red and black, another black white and red.How do I wire in the fixture? Please help

I will try to give you some info, but like the other answer it’s rather hard to provide accurate information without knowing more.
First – any wires that bonded (wire nuts) together leave them alone they are completing a circuit.
I would suggest you p/u a circuit tester ….12- $15.00 at hardware or home center stores.
Ok I will run through some scenarios
Most likely the black wire was power to the fan, and the red wire was power to the light in the fan; {if the fan had a light} the white wire is common and would be connected to the white wire on your new fixture.
The circuit tester would come in handy for deciphering which wire {red or black}is being controlled by the switch or if you have two switches, which I suspect, {one for the light and one for the fan} and which switch controls which wire.
What you need for your light is the black or red wire {whichever is controlled by the switch} connected to the black wire on your new light fixture, along with the white as mentioned above.
You didn’t say anything about a ground wire. {bare or green} You may, or may not have it, depending on the age and type of wiring. If you don’t have a ground, bond the bare or green wire from the new fixture to a screw in the box …..{you may be running armored cable in which case the box would be grounded}
