Circuit with Two batteries (one charging the other), i drew a diagram, please help?
Im having trouble understanding this. I kno V=IR so I=V/R but with the way the batteries charge eachother its confusing
Two batteries, each with an internal resistance of .015 Ohms, are connected (parallel to each other). In effect, the 9V battery is being used to charge the 8V battery. What is the Current in the circuit?

You have a good start.
The way an electronics geek would tell you to do it, is like this:
Think of the circuit as a loop. In that loop, you know that the two series resistors could be combined to be as one resistor of: .015 ohms x 2, or .03 ohms.
Now your circuit is simpler, as it only has one resistor and two voltage sources.
Now, go around the loop and add up all the voltage sources, being careful to keep track of the polarities.
Start in the upper right, and go clockwise. You have the 9v source (say the + is on the right, but it really doesn't matter), you pass thru the resistors, and now you get to the 8 v source (but its polarity is reversed, so you must subtract it from the 9 v you have already tallied. You are now back at your starting point, with a net of 1V.
So you have 1v through .03 ohms
Thus the current is I= V/R = 1/.03 = 33 Amps
