Oooh! It sounds like you have a great routine, we use a lot of the same products! I just have a couple suggestions/comments...
1. If you feel that the clinique bar soap is kind of a pain, try the foaming soap, that's what I use and I like it a lot better! It makes washing my face a lot easier because I don't have to futz with the bar.
2. I LOVE Clinique Acne Solutions toner. It is my Holy Grail, so amazing! If I could only have one skin product, that would be it!
3. I have Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation as well and I love it. I wish you got more product for your money though 
Try a foundation primer, it will help it stick a lot better and give it a more airbrushed look. If you have drier skin, I recommend Benefit That Gal, it works so well with Hello Flawless. Unfortunately, I have oily skin and that makes my face too dewy. I use Bare Minerals Prime Time Oil-Free and I really like it. You could also consider Smashbox Photo Finish Primer, it works well
4. I find that Boi-ing works better with blemishes than undereyes. I really love Benefit Erase Paste for my undereyes. It really does erase my dark circles
5. I wouldn't do bronzer just on forehead and chin. If you're going to put bronzer on, do it on cheeks, forehead, and chin. If you really want both, just put the blush on top of the bronzer but most days I choose whether I want just bronzer or just blush.
6. Urban Decay Liner in Zero is perfect for the waterline, by far the best that I've found
7. Curling eyelashes is a must. Get the Shu Uemura curler if you don't already have it! Found at Sephora!
8. I am not a fan of BadGal mascara but if it works for you, that's great. Right now my favorite mascara is L'Oreal Telescopic Explosion from the drugstore. It has great precision, length, color, and separation. It's definitely a statement mascara which I love.
9. I use Mineral Veil as well and couldn't be happier with it
