Non-ideal, but accurate ammeter and voltmeter are connceted in series and placed inside glass box?
Only two their free terminals are available on the outside. Is such combined device capable of accurate measurement of:
a) voltage
b) current
c) both
d) none
If they are connected in series you can only measure voltage, because the extremely high impedance of the voltmeter will not let any current flow through the series - and through the ammeter.
It will remain accurate enough because the voltage drop on the ammeter is basically zero.
