How to make a tuscany meal?
Ive been looking all over the internet for a traditional tuscany/italian dinner meal.
I am 13 years old and i want to cook a tuscany meal for my family. I cant seem to find what im looking for. Help is appreciated. Any suggestions as well?
here is an traditional dish for you to try and is quite simple sweetie
Tuscan Chicken
8 thighs skin removed
1 tsp. olive oil
1 med. onion halved and sliced thin
2 red bell peppers sliced thin
3 cloves garlic , crushed
1 1/4 c. crushed or diced tomatoes
2/3 c. white wine dry
1 tsp. oregano
14 oz. can cannellini beans
3 tbsp. bread crumbs

Fry chicken in oil until golden . Remove . Add onion and peppers , saute until softened . Stir in garlic . Add chicken , tomatoes , wine and oregano , bring to a boil and cover . Lower heat , simmer 30 - 35 min. stirring occasionally until chicken is done , no pink . Stir in beans and cook another 5 min. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top . Broil until brown .
