Where can I find a bulb that preduce a light similar in "color" to the linear fluorescent tubes? Thanks
All the bulb lights, I have tried, did not produce the same smooth white color that the fluorescent tube produce.
The color of light bulbs is determined by the temperature at which they burn. If you are looking for a "cool white" bulb, try something marked 3500 or 4200 Kelvin.
This may seem obvious, but if you want to get a similar color bulb for a lamp (or other screw based light) your best bet is to actually just buy a fluorescent spring-type bulb.
